No one NEEDS to do memes, it's just for fun! If you're wondering HOW to do it, other than Photoshop, I'd say open in in Paint and draw that way, or draw on real paper and scan the answers in.
I have no clue how to work for Disney or Dreamworks, as I've never wanted to and never plan to try. You'd be better off asking real artists here on DA instead of me.
